Kate Woodruff

Kate Woodruff is an experienced professional in publishing and education, currently serving as the Children’s Publishing Manager at Simon & Schuster UK since February 2019, having also held the roles of Client Publishing Manager, Client Sales Executive, and Client Sales Assistant at the same company. Prior to this, Woodruff worked as a Sales Associate at Hawes and Curtis, and gained teaching experience as an EFL Teacher at Wújiāng Míngzhū Primary School with the Suzhou Experimental Elementary School Education Group, and as an English Language Teacher at Caoqiao Middle School through the British Council's programme. Earlier positions included a Customer Service Assistant role at The University of Sheffield and an internship at the Geographical Association focused on educational resource development. Woodruff holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Geography from The University of Sheffield.
