Jennifer I. Montemayor is a seasoned trial attorney with extensive experience in litigation since 2015. Currently serving at Simon Greenstone Panatier, PC since March 2020, Jennifer previously held trial attorney positions at The Francis Firm and BEN ABBOTT & ASSOCIATES, PLLC. Jennifer started the legal career as a legal intern with the Federal Public Defender in 2014, where assistance was provided in retroactive drug sentencing matters. Jennifer holds a Juris Doctor degree from Barry University - Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from The University of Texas at Austin.
