Uchenna Akujuo

Uchenna Akujuo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international real estate development and finance. Currently serving as Vice President of International Development & Finance at Simon Property Group since July 2013, Uchenna is responsible for executing significant international real estate projects and evaluating acquisition opportunities to support long-term growth strategies. Previous roles include Vice President at Morgan Stanley, Assistant Vice President at ARM Investment Managers, where oversight of residential and retail projects was maintained, and Associate Director at UBS Investment Bank. Uchenna also held positions at Morgan Stanley, Deloitte, and Simon and Schuster, starting as a Financial Analyst. Uchenna holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
