Antonio Francis-Knight

Antonio Francis-Knight is a skilled IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior IT Engineer at Simon and Schuster since September 2019, Antonio is the first point of contact for support and escalations within the UK HQ, providing bespoke application and hardware support. Prior to this role, Antonio worked at Barnet College from November 2011 to September 2019 as an IT Support Technician, delivering technical support to over 100 staff members and ensuring optimal maintenance of computers and peripherals. Antonio's career began with a brief work experience at Montels Estate Agent in June 2009. Academically, Antonio holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computing and IT from The Open University and has completed various educational programs leading to GCE AS and GCSE qualifications.
