Ben Klinger

Ben Klinger is a seasoned legal professional specializing in cross-border and domestic insolvency and corporate re-organization, as well as recovery and turnaround matters. Currently a Partner and Head of Restructuring & Insolvency at Simons Muirhead Burton LLP since March 2022, Ben has previously held partner positions at Seddons, Brown Rudnick LLP, and Sidley Austin LLP. Their legal career began as an Associate at Sidley Austin LLP from 2001 to 2011. Ben holds a BSc Hons in Economics and Accounting from the University of Bristol, a DipLaw from City, University of London, and a LPC from the College of Law, London.
