Robins N T has extensive work experience in strategic sourcing and procurement roles. They began their career as a Trainee Engineer at Whirlpool of India Limited in 2008. From there, they worked as a Sourcing Executive at Schneider Electric, where they were responsible for NPD development, vendor management, global sourcing, and cost calculations.

In 2011, Robins N T joined Praxair as a Sr. Engineer in Sourcing, specializing in procurement, vendor development, negotiation, cost reduction, and supplier relationship management. They worked with JDE EDWARD MM Module and focused on LCC sourcing and localization.

Robins N T then moved to Centum Electronics Ltd. as a Commodity Lead, handling major electronics and electrical commodities. Here, they managed global commodity management, strategic sourcing, annual negotiations, and cost reduction. They also developed strategies for negotiation and cost reduction.

In 2016, Robins N T worked at Airbus Group as the Lead Officer in Sourcing, where they were responsible for commodity sourcing, CBOM management, cost reduction, and negotiation. They also implemented alternate sourcing, localization, and strategic sourcing practices.

At FOKKER ELMO SASMOS INTERCONNECTION SYSTEMS LIMITED, Robins N T served as Deputy Manager, contributing to their expertise in strategic sourcing and procurement.

Most recently, Robins N T joined Ather Energy in 2019 as a Manager in Strategic Sourcing. They were later promoted to Senior Manager, overseeing strategic sourcing and procurement activities.

Currently, Robins N T is the Head of E&E Strategic Sourcing at Simple Energy, where they continue to utilize their expertise in strategic sourcing to drive the company's procurement initiatives.

Robins N T pursued their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from North Maharashtra University from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their 10+2 education with a focus on Science at DAV Public School, Rajrappa Project from 1992 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications including "Productivity Tips: Finding Your Productive Mindset", "Six Sigma: Green Belt", "Supply Chain and Operations Management Tips", "Effective Listening", and "AS 9100 Rev D Internal Auditor" from institutions such as LinkedIn and DQS India.
