Kim Bettie

Kim Bettie is an experienced coach, trainer, and content creator. Kim is the Founder and CEO of Greater Advantage, where they work with purpose-driven leaders, teams, entrepreneurs, and professionals. Kim is the author of "The 14 Day Experiment" and "Diversity Intelligence is the New Emotional Intelligence." Kim also served as a Health & Wellness Chat Coach at Simple Habit, providing digital coaching using CBT-I sleep science to support subscribers with insomnia or sleep-related issues. At Nextlevel Practice, they worked as a coach, education director, and content creator, specializing in practice management for private practice dentists. Kim also organized community health initiatives and conferences. Kim Bettie has experience as a radio host and producer, hosting "The Kim Bettie Show" on WLQV 1500 AM, where they provided unscripted coaching and inspirational guests. Kim was mentored by industry professionals during this time. Kim's work with the City of Detroit involved being a leading change facilitator for Mayor Dave Bing and the executive board, providing executive coaching, and facilitating meetings on change management and problem-solving. Kim worked as an executive coach, senior trainer, and diversity partner at General Motors, where they developed and implemented training programs as part of a cultural change initiative. Early in their career, they worked as a career coach at Right Management, providing one-on-one and group coaching, as well as facilitating workshops on career management and transition support.

Kim Bettie holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Employee Relations from Michigan State University. This degree is a multi-disciplinary major that encompasses the fields of psychology, sociology, and economics. Kim also earned a Diversity & Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University. Additionally, Kim has pursued further education in Counseling Psychology and Integration of Interfaith Studies from Spring Arbor University. Finally, Kim has obtained a certification as an Epigenetics Health Coach from Apeiron Academy.
