Arthur Gautesen

Arthur Gautesen has a strong background in network and cloud security engineering. Arthur currently works as a Cloud Security Lead Engineer at Simple Technology Solutions. Prior to this, they worked as an Automation Engineer III at the same company. Before joining Simple Technology Solutions, Arthur held the position of Network Security Engineer at Robert Half. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at ManTech as a Network Security Engineer and was responsible for vulnerability remediation and risk management. From 2016 to 2017, they worked at InfoZen as a Network Engineer, focusing on network architecture and improving performance. Arthur started their career as an IT Security/Network Engineer Consultant from 2007 to 2015. Throughout their career, Arthur has consistently demonstrated expertise in security clearance and ensuring compliance with various scanning tools and technologies.

Arthur Gautesen has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Networking & Information Security from Champlain College, which they obtained from 2007 to 2011. Arthur also holds a Master's Degree in Digital Forensic Science from Champlain College, which they completed from 2012 to 2014. In addition, Arthur has acquired several certificates, including one in Computer Forensics & Digital Investigations and another in Information Security, both from Champlain College in 2012. Prior to their bachelor's degree, they attended Saint Michael's College in 1997 for Computer Programming and Johnson State College from 1989 to 1992 for Management Information Systems. In 1989, they also studied Computer Programming at the Community College of Vermont.
