Imran Nayeem

Imran Nayeem's work experience includes roles in various companies from 2007 to the present. Imran started their career as an intern at Sallie Mae in 2007, where they worked on developing web content and implemented enhancements to the company's content management system. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Sales Representative at The AroundCampus Group, selling advertising solutions to local businesses. In 2010, they joined Apple as an Expert and Mentor, where they sold advanced technical solutions and provided troubleshooting support for computer systems and networks. In 2012, Imran joined ManTech as a Systems Engineer, managing multiple applications and enhancing workflow management using JIRA and other tools. From 2016 to 2020, they worked as a Cloud/DevOps Engineer and Lead Atlassian Administrator at Simple Technology Solutions, where they migrated applications to the cloud and managed infrastructure using various tools. In 2020, Imran joined Simple Technology Solutions as a CloudBees Jenkins Engineer, leading a project to migrate to the CloudBees Jenkins platform and administering Jenkins on Amazon EKS. Currently, they are serving as a Sr. Cloud DevOps Engineer and Team Lead at Simple Technology Solutions, where they manage a team in implementing automation and enhancements to the enterprise. Imran has also implemented Gitlab automation pipeline and developed Ansible playbooks as part of their responsibilities.

Imran Nayeem attended George Mason University from 2006 to 2011, majoring in Information Technology, Marketing, and Economics but did not obtain a degree. In addition to their education, they have obtained several certifications including AWS Certified Developer - Associate, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS), as well as a Certified Cloudbees Jenkins Engineer certification from CloudBees.
