Paul Peters

Paul Peters is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in both consulting and executive leadership roles. Paul founded and has served as President/Owner of Simplefusion Inc. since December 2003, specializing in IT consulting, enterprise systems administration, and strategic planning. As Chief Information Officer at NATIONAL EQUIPMENT DEALERS, LLC from April 2019 to September 2024, Paul managed all IT-related operations. Previously, Paul excelled as Director of IT at BFB Gallagher from February 2009 to March 2019, where responsibilities included designing and maintaining comprehensive network and security infrastructure. Early in the career, Paul held positions at VSTH Group as Associate/VP focused on private equity and M&A, and at Ernst & Young Corporate Finance LLC and Banc of America Securities LLC in Mergers & Acquisitions and Real Estate Investment Banking roles. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Arts in General Studies from Louisiana Tech University.
