Luke Johnson

Luke Johnson currently serves as the Director of CX Operations at Simpleview, a position held since August 2008, with a history of advancement through roles including Associate Director of CX Operations, Account Strategist, and Project Manager. Responsibilities include coordinating client and employee interactions, managing project timelines for website development, and participating in creative briefings for design projects. Prior to Simpleview, Luke worked as a Project Manager at Chapman Net Systems from June 2004 to July 2008, where duties encompassed managing client relationships, leading online marketing campaigns, writing technical manuals, and training employees and clients. Luke holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Arizona, earned between 1997 and 2001.
