Eric Laylon

Eric Laylon has extensive work experience in sales and marketing roles. Eric is currently the Sales Director at Simpli.fi since 2023. In the same year, they also founded the EJL Marketing Group, where they provide digital marketing services to local and regional businesses. Prior to this, they worked as an Agency Lead at Basis Technologies from 2022 to 2023, helping local agencies manage their digital ad placements. Eric also had a long tenure at ReachLocal, starting as a Senior Internet Marketing Consultant in 2007 and later becoming a Sales Manager. At ReachLocal, they assisted clients in setting up and analyzing their digital and mobile marketing campaigns. Before that, they worked in sales roles at Greater Media Philadelphia, Comcast-Spectacor/Wachovia Complex, and Philadelphia Phantoms, where they gained experience in media planning, customer service, and ticket sales.

Eric Laylon obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Messiah University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Eric also holds additional certifications, including a Senior Account Executive Certification from Sales Assembly and a certification in Stepping Up Your Webcam Video Presence from LinkedIn, both obtained in 2022.
