Joshua Klesges, CFA has a diverse work experience in finance and corporate development. Joshua has held roles such as Vice President of FP&A at Simpli.fi, where they oversee financial planning and analysis. Joshua also served as an FP&A Advisor/Consultant at BusPatrol, providing strategic financial guidance. At Meriplex, they were the Vice President of Finance (FP&A), responsible for financial planning and analysis. Prior to that, they worked at Oceaneering as a Manager of Corporate Development, evaluating M&A opportunities and managing long-term planning. Joshua also worked at Cardtronics as a Manager of Corporate Development & Strategy, where they handled M&A evaluations and prepared strategic analysis. Joshua has also held positions at Fairfield Geotechnologies, managing financial planning and analysis as well as corporate development, and at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as an Analyst, supporting bankers and underwriters. Joshua Klesges, CFA holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Finance and Economics from Baylor University. Joshua is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Rice University, expected to be completed in 2023. Joshua also obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) Charterholder certification from the CFA Institute in 2020.
