Michał Jakubczyk

Micha Roon is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and innovation across various sectors, currently serving as Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023, where support for innovation projects is provided through training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination since 2005, Micha Roon has focused on enhancing the software development process. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, where leadership and technological change were pivotal. Micha Roon has also contributed as a Foundation Board member and CTO at Share&Charge, a Blockchain Advisory Board member for IIB Council, and an advisor at PioneerVentures.io, Sweetbridge, and SwissBorg. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and additional qualifications in Fintech and Project Management.
