Shobhith Gurvekar

Shobhith Gurvekar has had a rich and varied work experience. Starting in 2015, they began as a Legal Intern at Acculegal Services, where they worked on various aspects of Taxation Laws and assisted in a Due Diligence exercise. Shobhith then moved to Vidhii Partners, where they interned in 2015 and 2018, drafting various legal documents and assisting in court proceedings. In 2016, they interned at Chambers of Adv. Anil Garg and Chiramel & Co., where they prepared case briefs and drafted legal documents. In 2017, they interned at the Ministry of External Affairs, India, where they researched propositions and prepared notes for the Power Trade agreement between India and Nepal. In 2019, they interned at SpotDraft, where they assisted in developing an Artificial-Intelligence based platform for Contract Analysis and Management. In 2020, they worked as a Management Consultant/Operations at EasyInherit. Currently, they are a Functional Consultant - Legal at SimpliContract, where they are building an impenetrable end-to-end platform for authoring and managing contracts.

Shobhith Gurvekar completed a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur in 2019. Their field of study focused on Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law.
