Buffy Skalski

Buffy Skalski currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at General Dynamics, a position held since January 2024, where responsibilities include managing HR for three start-up companies, serving as Benefit Manager for one year, and managing multi-state payroll for 1.5 years. In addition, Buffy is responsible for full cycle recruiting for over 250 new hires and contributes to employee culture development through event planning and emcee duties. Since December 2020, Buffy has also been a Human Resources Business Partner at Simplified Investments, which is the parent company of Gen3 Defense and Aerospace, following its acquisition by General Dynamics Land Systems.
