Sanjay Nainwal, PMP has a diverse education history. Sanjay completed their Master's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from Oklahoma State University, attending from 1992 to 1994. Prior to this, they earned their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Production Engineering from Govind Ballabh Pant Engineering College in India. This degree was obtained from 1987 to 1991. Before their undergraduate studies, Sanjay attended Sherwood College for their High School education. This was from 1985 to 1986, where they focused on Science and Mathematics. Finally, they completed their earlier High School education at St Joseph's High School, Nainital, from 1978 to 1984.

In addition to their educational background, Sanjay holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI. Sanjay obtained this certification in April 2005.
