Nikita Jain has extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Nikita is currently serving as the Manager - Talent Acquisition at Simplilearn, where they are responsible for creating and implementing the talent acquisition strategy. Prior to this role, they worked as a Talent Evangelist at US Tech Solutions, where they developed the company's talent acquisition strategy and managed the recruitment and selection processes. Before that, they held the position of Sr. HR - Talent Acquisition at Cynet Systems Inc, where they consulted with directors and managers to determine hiring needs and conducted negotiations regarding compensation. Nikita began their career as an HR - Talent Acquisition at Compunnel Software Group, Inc., where they designed and implemented the overall recruiting strategy. Nikita Jain has a strong background in sourcing talent, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment process.

Nikita Jain has a diverse educational background in the field of Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Nikita completed an Executive Development Program in Human Resource Management (EDPHRM) from XLRI Jamshedpur in 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from ABV-Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management, specializing in E-governance and Public Service Management & Human Resource Management, from 2013 to 2015. Nikita started their academic journey with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from GICTS Group of Institutions, focusing on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, from 2010 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Nikita Jain has also obtained multiple certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Nikita completed a course on Business Analytics with Excel from Simplilearn in November 2022. In 2021, they acquired certifications in Diversity Recruiting, Employer Branding to Attract Talent, Niche Recruiting, and Social Recruiting for Recruiters, all from LinkedIn. Furthermore, in December 2020, they successfully completed the Mastering LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment certification from LinkedIn. Nikita also obtained a certification in Recruiting: Talent Acquisition & Hiring from Udemy in May 2020.
