Roma Samson

Roma Samson has extensive work experience in various customer-oriented roles. Starting from 2013, they worked as an Advance Tax Analyst at EY until 2015. Following that, from 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Client Support Analyst at Thomson Reuters. In 2018, Roma joined Cogencis Information Services Ltd. as a Senior Account Manager and worked there until 2020. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as a Manager - Client Experience at Delhivery. Currently, Roma is employed as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Simplilearn, starting from May 2022.

Roma Samson's education history starts with their completion of high school in 2005 from Kendriya Vidyalaya, where they studied science. Roma then went on to complete their 12th grade at Zion Matriculation Higher Secondary School in 2007, focusing on commerce. From 2007 to 2010, Roma pursued their bachelor's degree in commerce at the University of Madras. Afterwards, they furthered their education by pursuing an M.B.A. degree in Finance & Marketing at Anna University, where they studied from 2010 to 2012.
