Marvin Harde

Marvin Harde is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and operations, currently serving as a Managing Consultant and Head of Operation & Performance at interim Group since February 2011. In addition to roles as a Performance-Specialist, Partner Management, and Senior Recruiter within the same organization, Marvin Harde has also been involved with SimpliOffice in operations and partnership management since January 2014, and established Alphavarg UG (haftungsbeschränkt) as Gründer und Geschäftsführer in January 2016. Prior to these roles, Marvin Harde gained valuable experience in recruiting with Deutsche Bundeswehr - Marine from 2007 to March 2011. Educational qualifications include a degree in Wirtschaftspsychologie with a focus on Personalmanagement, Coaching/Training, and Personalentwicklung from HAM Berlin, and a degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Personalmanagement, and Organisationslehre from Christian-Albrechts-Universität Kiel.
