John Luff

John Luff is a seasoned professional in quality management with extensive experience in the tech and robotics industries. Currently serving as the Director of Hardware Product Quality at SimpliSafe since December 2023, John previously held multiple leadership roles in quality at iRobot from January 2016 to December 2023, including Director of Quality and Senior Manager of Quality. In these positions, John was instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of various consumer robotics products, collaborating effectively across departments. Earlier career experiences include roles at Olympus IMS, General Electric, Motorola Mobile Devices, and Nokia Mobile Phones, where John developed a robust foundation in quality assurance and reliability engineering. John holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Design, Materials, and Manufacture from the University of Nottingham.
