José Graziani

José Graziani is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and product development, currently serving as the Senior Director of Engineering at SimpliSafe since November 2022, where significant transformations in firmware and quality teams have led to bi-weekly releases and marked improvements in product quality and customer retention. Prior roles include Vice President of Product Engineering at Starry, Inc., overseeing a team of around 100, and a Director of Software Engineering at iRobot, where José expanded a team from 6 to over 50 engineers and established key partnerships with design centers in India and Argentina. Additional experience includes leadership positions at companies such as Sonos, octoScope, Skyhook Wireless, Sandbridge Technologies, and Avaya, with a strong focus on wireless technologies, software engineering, and product innovation.
