Abby Gage

Abby Gage is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in commercial operations and financial management across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Commercial Operations at Simplot Australia Pty Ltd since July 2019, Abby excels as a Subject Matter Expert in Foodservice sales and Finance, driving the implementation of total TPM and DP systems. Previous roles include Commercial Finance Manager at Coles, where Abby managed Fresh Food Strategy and Marketing finance, and Commercial Manager for Juice at Lion Co, overseeing full P&L responsibility along with strategic partnerships across sales and marketing. Additional experience encompasses leadership positions in analytics and insights at Lion Co, as well as roles at The Walt Disney Company, GSK, and Sky, starting as a Senior Financial Analyst. Abby holds a CPA designation from CPA Australia and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Adelaide.
