Cameron Bishop

Cameron Bishop is an accomplished professional with a robust background in legislative affairs and trade. Currently serving as the Head of the Washington Office at J.R. Simplot Company since October 2021, Cameron previously held key positions at the Executive Office of the President as the Assistant United States Trade Representative for Congressional Affairs from April 2017 to January 2021. Prior to that, Cameron worked for the U.S. House of Representatives as a Legislative Director and Assistant for various congressmen, where significant contributions were made in agriculture policy and trade. Cameron's career began with internships in the United States Senate and House of Representatives, along with experience as a Legislative Assistant for the Georgia Beverage Association. Cameron holds a degree from The University of Georgia.
