Oleg Haustov has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various roles. In 2019, they worked as a Recruiter at Dutchstar B.V. for a duration of 6 months. From December 2020 to February 2022, Oleg served as an HR Manager at Polski Brama, where they were responsible for recruitment, adaptation, motivation, and corporate culture.
