Ankur Bhatia has over a decade of experience in billing and service delivery management within the telecommunications and energy sectors. Currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager and previously as Billing & Payments Manager at ENGIE AU since January 2020, Ankur has a solid foundation in billing operations gained from roles at nbn™ Australia as a Senior Billing Operations Analyst from August 2015 to January 2020, and at AGL Energy, where positions included Senior Operations Analyst – Billing, Credit & Collection, Accounts Receivable Analyst, and Accounts Receivable Specialist from February 2012 to August 2015. Ankur holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Accounting and Finance from Delhi University, completed in 2006, and has a strong educational background from St. Clare's Senior Secondary School.
