Heather began their career at Stellar in 2005, where they worked as a Customer Service Agent, Training Assistant & Floor Support, Service Manager, and Sales Manager. In 2008, they joined Simply Energy as a Customer Service and Quality Co-ordinator. Heather Bell's education history includes completing a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration and Management from RMIT Online in 2022.
