Kelsey Jones

Kelsey Jones has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Kelsey started their career at Broadridge Financial Solutions in 2014 as a Human Resources Intern, where they conducted internal audits, researched and prepared documentation on Situational Leadership Theory, and assessed the possibility of implementing a job rotation program. The following year, in 2015, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Intern at Broadridge, where they facilitated various phases of the recruitment process, represented the company at a job fair, and managed the confidential fingerprint requirement process. In 2016, they joined Blue Apron as a Campus Recruiting Specialist, focusing on recruiting new talent for the company. Most recently, in 2018, they joined Simply Gum, where they work in the marketing department.

Kelsey Jones completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University from 2012 to 2016. In 2014, they participated in a Study Abroad Experience at the Lochlann Quinn School of Business, University College Dublin.
