Michael Lines

Michael Lines has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Michael is currently the President & CEO of SimplyProtein, a natural foods company. Michael also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Plant-Based Foods of Canada. Previously, they held roles such as Vice President, Managing Director at Simply Good Foods Canada, Vice President, General Manager at Flow Water, and Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Global at Taste of Nature Foods. Michael also has experience in business development and consulting. Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated leadership in managing teams, developing strategic plans, and driving sales growth.

Michael Lines completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Economics and Finance at the University of Guelph from 1991 to 1995. In 1993, they also attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) for a brief period to study International Finance. Later on, from 2003 to 2006, they pursued a degree in Six Sigma, achieving the Black Belt certification.
