Shanisha Wijeratne

Shanisha Wijeratne is a skilled product developer with a robust background in food science. Currently employed at SimplyProtein since July 2022, Shanisha previously contributed to Bimbo Canada in various roles, including R&D Technologist I and Product Development Technician from April 2020 to June 2022 and September 2018 to August 2019 respectively. Additionally, Shanisha served as a Karate Instructor and Youth Program Coordinator at The Brampton Academy of Martial Arts from April 2018 to March 2022, demonstrating expertise in program planning for children. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from the University of Guelph, which was completed in 2020.
