MacKenzie Crow

MacKenzie Crow is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in various roles across different companies. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Simpplr since September 2021, MacKenzie has previously held the position of Project Manager at ECi Software Solutions from June 2019 to September 2021. Prior experience includes roles at Send Word Now as Associate Director of Customer Support and Customer Support Manager, where a strong technical understanding of the service was developed. In earlier roles, MacKenzie served as Marketing Coordinator at Don Brown Bus Sales and Account Executive at Capitol Hill Management Services, INC., while also completing a Project Coordinator position at Shipley Center for Innovation. MacKenzie began the career path as an Executive Administrative Assistant at EstackSS LLC and an intern at Clotheline of Saratoga. MacKenzie holds a degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship with a focus on Project Management from Clarkson University, earned between 2009 and 2013.
