Zeeba Daruwalla K.

Zeeba Daruwalla K. has a wealth of experience in the medical field. In 2003, they began their career as an Undergraduate Student Honors Program and Research Assistant at Oberlin College's Department of Neuroscience. The following year, they were a Summer Undergraduate Research Fellow at the Medical College of Ohio's Department of Anatomy & Neurobiology. In 2005, they became a Research Assistant at Columbia University Medical Center's Department of Pediatric Critical Care, where they examined the role of omega 3 and glucose in neonatal rats as a potential treatment for hypoxia-ischemia. Zeeba Daruwalla was also responsible for the general management and maintenance of the lab. In 2007, they began their Graduate Student role at Weill Cornell Medical College's Department of Neuroscience, where they also served as a Teaching Assistant for the courses "Brain to Mind" and "Techniques in Molecular Biology: From DNA to Protein". Her most recent role is Scientific Director at SIMPSON Healthcare, which they began in 2022.
