Jeana Johnston

Jeana Johnston is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and legal practice training. Currently serving as Manager of Legal Practice Training at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP since April 2023, Jeana focuses on enhancing practice-specific training programs for associates. Previously, Jeana worked as a Private Investment Funds Associate at Proskauer Rose LLP from September 2016 to September 2021 and as a Corporate Associate at Gunderson Dettmer from October 2013 to September 2016, specializing in representing emerging growth companies. Jeana's earlier roles include serving as a Student Attorney at the University of Michigan's Entrepreneurship Clinic and a Legal Intern at Liuzzi Murphy & Solomon, among others. Jeana holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School, along with dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Economics from the American University - Kogod School of Business and American University.
