Collins I. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Collins is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Simpu Inc since April 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Devcenter where they held the role of Head of Product from November 2016 to January 2020. During their tenure, they played a significant role in transforming the devcenter platform into a thriving software developer and designer community, growing its membership from under 30 to nearly 13,000 across 12 African countries. Collins also led the project team responsible for developing the first youth-centric mobile banking application in Nigeria for Sterling Bank's Switch app, serving more than 3 million users. Additionally, they created a smartbot that improved response time and project completion speed by almost 80% by syndicating job postings on the Devcenter platform directly to Slack for all members. Collins I. began their career as a Product Designer at Mustardlabs from January 2014 to October 2016.
