Asmar Muqeet

Asmar Muqeet is a researcher and PhD student at Simula Research Laboratory since August 2022, previously serving as a Research Associate and Research Assistant at Quest Lab from June 2019 to August 2022. During this time, Asmar contributed to projects focusing on UAV monitoring and tracking utilizing computer vision and deep learning, as well as autonomous formation and swarm control for industrial UAVs. Asmar also gained experience as an Internship Trainee at Quest Lab in 2018, working on a SLAM project in Robotics 101. Asmar holds a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, both from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences.
