Garrett Baxter

Garrett Baxter has a diverse and extensive work experience. Garrett began their career as a Marketing Director at AWI Networks in 2011, where they developed and implemented brand strategies and oversaw marketing campaigns. In 2013, they founded Rodeo Athletes Inc., a company that revolutionized the rodeo industry by promoting rodeo participants as athletes. As the CEO, they managed business development, marketing, sales, and client education.

In 2017, Baxter became the Chief Executive Officer of SimuStream, a technology company specializing in Single Page Application (SPA) technology for video, augmented reality, and virtual reality. Garrett also served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and played a key role in technology, sales, and marketing.

Throughout their career, Baxter has held several leadership positions. Garrett was the Managing Partner at GSEM Technologies, a Chairman at SimuStream Sales, and the CEO at Highrise Media. Garrett also served as a Strategic Advisor at Emerging Media Partners, where they provided guidance on multi-channel marketing and consulting services.

Recently, Baxter joined a stealth startup in 2023 as a Partner and Patent Specialist, focusing on licensing patents to video technology companies worldwide.

Garrett Baxter attended Dixie State University from 2011 to 2014, where they studied Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management. Prior to that, they pursued CAD/CADD Drafting and/or Design Technology at Utah Valley University from 2004 to 2006.
