Michelle Gilbuena

Michelle Gilbuena possesses extensive experience in the construction and entertainment industries. Currently serving as a Pre-Construction Coordinator and Labor Compliance Analyst at Sinanian Development, Inc. since April 2012, responsibilities include assisting the Co-President, conducting bidding outreach, ensuring compliance with payroll and labor agreements, and managing subcontract agreements. Previous roles include Office Manager at Striker Entertainment and Project Engineer at Sinanian Development, alongside earlier positions as an Administrative Assistant at Mellon Grading and a Research Assistant at Sea West Enterprises. Michelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marine Biology from the University of San Diego and an Associate of Science in Sustainable Construction Management from Los Angeles Valley College.
