Micah Gerber

Micah Gerber is an experienced executive in the senior housing industry, currently serving as Senior Advisor and Board Member at Sinceri Senior Living since November 2018. In this role, Micah oversees investments, asset management, and strategic initiatives across a portfolio of over 80 communities. Previously, Micah held positions as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer, focusing on financial leadership and growth through new investments in memory care. In addition to responsibilities at Sinceri Senior Living, Micah serves as an advisor for Sunbound, a company developing technology solutions for aging, and for Bateau, which connects data systems for senior living teams. Earlier, Micah was Partner and Chief Financial Officer at Senior Living Communities, LLC, contributing to growth and strategic mergers in a company that provided luxury-level services across multiple states. Education includes an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BS from the University of Florida.
