Robert Burton

Robert Burton possesses extensive experience in technical and operations roles within the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving as Team Lead and Senior Service Operations Engineer at Sinch since November 2015, Robert has also held positions including Service Operations Engineer and Technical Account Manager. Prior experience includes roles at CLX Communications AB, where Robert worked as a Technical Account Manager and NOC Engineer, and at Mblox as a NOC Engineer. Earlier in their career, Robert served as a Technical Support/Install Technician at AirWatch by VMware, focusing on network troubleshooting and on-site problem resolution. Robert holds an Associate's degree in Computer Science from DeVry University, obtained in June 2002.
