Jennifer Hansen

Jennifer Hansen, MBA, currently serves as the Vice President General Manager at Sinclair Inc., where leadership encompasses operations for Sinclair Broadcast Group Birmingham, overseeing multiple television stations and integrated marketing services. Prior roles include Vice President - General Manager for Sinclair Broadcast Group Richmond, where Jennifer led the transformation into a cross-platform technology company. As an independent consultant from 2014 to 2019, Jennifer provided strategic insights in talent management and revenue strategy. Previous experience includes a significant tenure at The Walt Disney Company in various leadership positions focusing on media operations and sales growth, along with advisory work for Delphi Packard in partnership with MIT. Jennifer holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA in Psychology, Business, and French from Baldwin Wallace University.
