Kent Welch

Kent Welch has extensive experience in promotions and marketing within the broadcast industry, currently serving as Vice President of Promotions & Marketing - Creative at Sinclair Broadcast Group since March 2001. Previous positions at Sinclair include Regional Promotion Supervisor, Director of Marketing and Promotion, and Creative Services Director for WTTA. Other roles include Promotion Manager at WTVX WTCN WWHB and WDKY-TV, as well as Promotions Manager at WCGV/WVTV. Kent also worked as a Promotion Writer Producer and News Editor at WDAF-TV. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a focus on Radio and Television from Kansas State University.
