Sharon Pickeral

Sharon Pickeral is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Sinclair Broadcast Group since May 2006, Sharon is instrumental in acquiring high-level talent such as General Managers and Sales Leaders, while collaborating with key stakeholders to meet strategic and operational recruitment goals. Previously, Sharon held roles including Employment Director and Sr. Employment Manager at Sinclair, overseeing all aspects of the Employment function. With earlier experience as a Recruiting Manager at Lincoln Financial Advisors and various staffing positions at Ledgent, Partners Resource Group, and Adecco Employment Services, Sharon has developed a strong background in recruitment across different sectors. Educational qualifications include a BS in Mass Communications from Towson University and management training through Dale Carnegie.
