Melissa Tolle

Melissa Tolle, Ed.D., serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff at Sinclair Community College, a position held since August 2004, where responsibilities include supporting the president and collaborating with senior leaders to promote educational access and strategic priorities. Prior to this role, Melissa has held various leadership positions within the college, including Chief School Partnerships Officer, Director of College Credit Plus, and Director of Enrollment Management & Marketing, overseeing several initiatives aimed at enhancing student enrollment and success. Melissa's educational background includes a Doctor of Education in Performance Improvement Leadership and multiple post-master's certificates from Capella University, as well as a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Dayton.
