Scott McCollum

Scott McCollum has a strong background in information technology, with extensive experience in various roles. Scott started their career as a Computer Programmer at NCR in 1984, then worked as a Systems Analyst at White Villa Grocers, Inc. in 1986 and a Programmer/Analyst at Dayton Walther Corporation in 1987. McCollum then joined Sinclair Community College, where they held multiple positions including Manager of User Support Services, Manager of Systems Management & Support, and Director of Information Technology Services. Scott later became the Director of ITS & Chief Technology Officer and eventually the Chief Information Officer. In addition to their work at Sinclair Community College, McCollum has also been involved in various organizations, such as serving as a CIO Advisory Committee Member at the Ohio Department of Higher Education, Treasurer/President of the Ohio Two-Year College Technology Council, and a Board Member/Chair at Technology First.

Scott McCollum has an MBA in Management, Innovation and Change from Wright State University (2008-2010). Scott also has a BS in Management Information Systems from the University of Dayton (1984-1988), an AS in Business Administration from Sinclair Community College (1980-1984), and an AAS in Electronic Data Processing from Sinclair Community College (1980-1983).
