Philip Norstrand is an accomplished marketing executive with extensive experience in the medical aesthetics industry. Currently serving as Chief Marketing Officer at Sinclair since August 2023, Philip oversees operational and strategic marketing for injectables and energy-based devices, managing global brands such as Ellansé and MaiLi. Previously, at Galderma from May 2020 to July 2023, Philip led the global commercial strategy for the aesthetic neuromodulator franchise, including brands like Dysport and Azzalure. Experience also includes roles at Ipsen as Global Marketing Director, Summertown Health as Managing Director, and Allergan as Business Unit Head for Eastern Europe, where Philip was responsible for significant marketing and business development initiatives. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and master's degrees in Engineering and Economics from DTU and the University of Oregon, respectively.
