Bhargavi Jayaraman Pharmd

Bhargavi Jayaraman, PharmD, currently serves as a Clinical Pharmacist at The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy since September 2019, focusing on counseling patients about chronic diseases and addressing social determinants of health to enhance medication adherence and improve healthcare outcomes. Prior experience includes roles as a Staff Pharmacist and Pharmacy Intern at SinfoniaRx from 2015 to 2019, where involvement included conducting comprehensive medication reviews and participating in an Intern Advisory Board for training and recruitment. Bhargavi holds a PharmD from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition from the University of Kentucky, where also contributed as an International Student Ambassador and Desk Clerk.
