Carina Hornsby

Carina Hornsby is a dedicated Pharmacy Intern with extensive experience in the healthcare field, currently contributing to AdventHealth since December 2021 and Tabula Rasa HealthCare, formerly known as SinfoníaRx, since August 2021. In addition, Carina has been gaining valuable insights at CVS Pharmacy since October 2018. Carina is pursuing a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree at the University of Florida College of Pharmacy, expected to be completed in 2025, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Florida, earned in August 2021.
