Thibaut Derathé

Thibaut Derathé is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in soft skills training, artistic team-building, and intercultural management. Since January 2016, Thibaut has been leading initiatives in soft-skill formation and collective intelligence facilitation. As a coordinator and trainer at SINGA France since September 2019, Thibaut focuses on fostering connections between newcomers and local citizens through tailored training programs. Additionally, Thibaut founded Team Spi Rythm in November 2017, emphasizing the role of artistic practices in developing collective intelligence. Thibaut has also provided soft skills training for managers in China through INSEEC MSc & MBA. Earlier involvement includes co-founding The AFM, a Franco-Anglo-Syrian hip-hop group, where Thibaut served as manager, tour organizer, composer, and performer. Thibaut holds a Diplome Universitaire in Entrepreneurship from Learning Planet Institute and has completed advanced studies in social sciences and humanities at Ecole Sainte-Marie de Neuilly.
