Udhara de Silva

Udhara de Silva currently serves as Head Loyalty Marketing (Australia) at Singapore Airlines, having joined the company in May 2019 after initially holding the role of Management Trainee. Previously, Udhara co-founded Nomads Bazaar from February 2017 to 2020, overseeing financial management, business development, and marketing for prestigious clients such as Macquarie University and Uber. Udhara's experience also includes working as a Creative Strategist at Bonsey Jaden from December 2014 to 2017, where digital campaigns for various brands were produced. As a co-founder of Vision Digital, a digital agency established between October 2013 and December 2014, Udhara built a team and adapted strategies to local cultures while working with notable organizations. Udhara began a career at Apple as an Apple Store Leader Program Associate from September 2011 to September 2013, focusing on management skills and operational roles. Academic background includes a Bachelor of Digital Media degree earned at UNSW from 2005 to 2010.
