Adrian Chong

Adrian Chong serves as the Senior Assistant Director of the Organisation Development Branch at the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) since July 2006, overseeing the development of corporate values, processes, and change management initiatives. In addition to this role, Adrian is trained with the ASEAN Emergency Response and Assessment Team, providing support during disasters and maintaining readiness for emergency response. Previous positions include Principal International Relations Officer and Senior Staff Officer focusing on international engagement and policy drafting regarding disaster management. Adrian has also fulfilled various operational roles, including planning exercises and managing social media communications for SCDF. From May 2013 to May 2016, Adrian held the honorary position of Aide De Camp to the President of Singapore, assisting in event management and guest liaison. Academic qualifications include a Master of Library & Information Science from Nanyang Technological University and a Bachelor of Arts from the National University of Singapore.
